Supplemental Benefits – Group and voluntary products such as disability, life, hospitalization, and critical illness programs that are little or no cost for the employer. Some products qualify for pre-taxing under Section 125 Plans.
Employee Communications Programs - Legacy Benefits specializes in helping companies effectively communicate their benefits to their employees. This increases the value the employees place on their benefit package.
Sections 125 Plans– Allow the employee to use pre-tax dollars to pay for certain medical premiums and expenses. It also can be used for dependent daycare expenses.
Tool Pay– A tax advantage tool expense program that reduces taxes for the employer and the employee. Employees are required to purchase tools as a condition of employment to qualify for this program.
Financial Security Program– Helps employees with the financial stress of credit issues, retirement planning, legal issues, and identity theft. Can be offered as a voluntary or group product.
